Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance and Risk department,
• Good knowledge of insurance products,
• High communication skills,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Job Description

• Receiving and managing insurance requests,
• Managing and monitoring insurance processes,
• Providing information about insurance policies and procedures,
• Identifying all insurable assets and preparing appropriate coverage and conditions,
• Collecting and presenting offers in line with the determined coverage and conditions,
• Ensuring the coverage and content control of prepared policies,
• Conducting internal and external communication in case of damages,
• Communicating and tracking all policy processes,
• Managing compensation processes,
• Documenting and reporting all processes.
