As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Workshop Service Manager " with below requirements for our client who operates as a global leader in the sector of house cleaning equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in related aftersales departments, preferably as a workshop manager for repairing retail household cleaning appliances or similar,
- Proven experience in managing a workshop of technicians, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining equipment,
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to improve workshop operations and customer satisfaction,
- Proficient in English to actively participate in global meetings and communicate with global head office,
- Strong ability to prepare detailed reports to provide insights and updates to senior management,
- Resident in European side of Istanbul, working location is in Halkalı.
Requirements
- Establish an end-to-end efficient system including planning, coordination, and execution of customer service for retail equipment to be realized in the workshop,
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track team and operational performance,
- Enhance and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve customer service and operational efficiency,
- Provide comprehensive support to the Director, including preparing reports, assisting with strategic planning, and representing the company in meetings,
- Act as a representative of the company, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
