As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Production and Planning Manager" with below requirements for our client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical-Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.),
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production and planning (material and workforce requirement planning),
• Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and reporting production data and implementing improvement techniques,
• Experienced in using ERP systems and planning software & tools,
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written),
• Resident in European side of Istanbul.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products,
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the on time availability of necessary materials,
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement,
• Analyze production data and generate reports for accurate decision making,
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
