As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "IT Business Solutions Specialist" with below requirements for our client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with a strong understanding of business processes and master data in one or more SAP modules (SAP FI, CO), covering areas such as service operation, service delivery, or complete project lifecycle,
- SAP Certification is a plus,
- Experience in SAP Support and Application Management projects,
- Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills, including functional decomposition, requirements gathering, and process modelling,
- Experience with S/4HANA (greenfield) implementations,
- Knowledge of SAP modules and non-SAP systems integrations,
- Proficiency in English.
Requirements
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules, including SAP FI/CO,
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions: identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements,
- Lead and manage S/4HANA (greenfield) implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery,
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle and outsourcing activities for production software solutions,
- Work in alignment with client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
