Qualifications
- University degree obtained from relevant fields of study.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in an HR position,
- Experienced in Human Resources recruitment, performance, compensation and career management,
- Developed analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
- Successful in relationship management,
- Excellent English skills in written and spoken.
Job Description
- Being the single contact person for the employees working and dealing with day-to-day HR issues
- Understanding and effectively engaging in all areas of HR in order to provide front-line, day-to-day HR partnership to Managers and associates,
- Leading change management with business leaders to increase performance and organizational effectiveness,
- Working with related departments to understand the business needs,
- Provide people related data, reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision-making, and strategy development,
- Execute talent management succession plan process & follow up and support execution of talent actions.
