As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Executive Distributor Tekirdag" with below requirements for our client operating in FMCG sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
- Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)
- Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred)
- No travel restriction
- Driver’s license (Class B)
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e., CCSD, Customer, Field
- Had experience in managing Field Sales team
Requirements
- Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
- Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets
- Supporting distributors and the team to develop the competencies
- Visiting specified customers in his / her region / channel regularly
- Developing sales and execute customer engagement based on before and after sales services
- Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Identifying the execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them
- Providing all the necessary sales, execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors and distributor sales developers
- Effective cooler management (placement, efficiency, and verification scores)
