As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Technical Trainer" with below requirements for our multinational client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Teaching,
• Experienced in the heavy vehicle and/or automotive industry that results in technical knowledge and general understanding of truck production,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Minimum Intermediate level of English,
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to travel.

Job Description

• Ensuring and securing the technical competence development of dealer network by developing yearly training programs,
• Continuous improvement of training contents, documentations and processes to keep network update in new technologies,
• Coordinating and following the operational activities related to the technical trainings such as invitations, accommodations, invoicing, certifications etc.
• Joining of global Train the Trainer activities to keep market up to date.
