As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager" with below requirements for our client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,
• Min 10 years of experience in strategic planning departments of reputable companies, investment banking, valuation&modelling, or management consultancy,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse business topics,
• Enthusiasm for working on new projects is a plus,
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.

Job Description

• Assist and execute the Holding’s annual strategic planning process and active portfolio management process,
• Participate in business development and M&A projects for the Holding and its group companies,
• Support ad-hoc projects across various domains, including but not limited to corporate venture capital (CVC), modelling, corporate finance, sustainability, or digital transformation,
• Conduct research activities to support strategic initiatives,
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create presentations to support decision-making.
