As REED Turkey, we are looking for a "Senior Key Account Manager" with below requirements for our client in Cosmetic sector.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 
  • A minimum of 7 years of sales experience in FMCG and Cosmetic
  • Good level of English 
  • High proficiency in MS Office 
  • Strategic customer relationship building skills. 
  • Team player with excellent communication. 
  • Results oriented, self-motivating and comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills

Job Description

  • Delivery of net sales targets, budgets, and other relevant metrics by customer. 
  • In conjunction with the shopper and customer marketing team, responsible for ensuring the preparation of (by customer) a joint business plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category, and customer objectives. 
  • Establish a strong working relationship with key accounts across all departments of the customer organization. 
  • Negotiate yearly agreements with each customer to reach the targeted sales agreements in terms of amount and counterparts. 
  • Conduct a regular review with constructive feedback for business growth. 
  • Ensure that the organization gets a preferred supplier status through excellence in customer service. 
  • Guiding, motivating, and developing the subordinated staff. 
  • Closely work with other Key Account Managers, Regional Managers, Shopper and Customer Marketing Managers, and other counterparts in different departments. 
  • Prepare a monthly presentation for designated channel to be presented to the management team, which includes sales achievements, activity updates and close-out reports, distribution achievements, visibility updates, and future activity plans for key accounts.
