As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Quality Assurance Manager" with below requirements for our multinational client operating in FMCG sector.  

Qualifications  

•  Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering,  

• Excellent command of written and spoken English,  

• Locate / willing to locate in Çorlu,  

• Minimum 10 years of Quality Assurance job experience,  

• C Class Health and Safety, also 6sigma certificates are preferable,  

• Experience on Governmental Ministry Regulators is preferable,  

• Self-motivated and good motivator,  

• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills. 

Requirements  

•  Ensure quality system and product quality from material intake to consumer, and report accordingly. 

• Control materials and products per legal requirements, determine inspection and test methods, and ensure proper devices and training. 

• Register trials for new products/materials/suppliers and participate in approval processes; provide feedback on raw material and service quality. 

• Coordinate management systems (Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Business Continuity) and ensure they are up-to-date. 

• Manage and improve OE projects and CA&PA systems. 

• Ensure QA activities comply with safety and environmental standards; implement maintenance programs and supply necessary resources. 

• Manage consumer and customer complaints, improve satisfaction levels, and ensure product traceability. 

• Manage the Quality Assurance Department budget and align it with plant needs.
