As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a " Continuous Improvement Process Engineer" with below requirements for our global client.  

Requirements  

• Suitable to work in the factory at Sapanca/Sakarya, 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,  

• Minimum 3 years process experience in continuous production,  

• Experience in Lean Management studies,  

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,  

• Minimum Upper Intermediate level of English,  

• Good verbal and written communication skills,  

• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.   

 Qualifications  

• Provide process expertise along with key skills relating to process optimisation and problem solving,  

• Use Lean/Six Sigma methodology to deliver projects that demonstrate safe, compliant, and sustainable solutions to operational issues and waste,  

• Implement and communicate approved new initiatives to improve productivity,  

• Lead and train production team to spread process improvement philosophy in the company,  

• Embrace and drive company's core mission, values, and priorities.
