As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Finance Manager" with below requirements for our client operating in financial services sector.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline,
• Minimum 7+ experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting and analysis,
• Big 4 experience is a strong plus,
• A deep understanding of statutory regulations, tax processes, and financial standards,
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling,
• Proficiency in Excel skills to perform complex financial modeling,
• Fluent English is a must.

Requirements

• Take charge of the Finance organization, overseeing the end-to-end management of the finance department’s backlog and priorities,
• Manage and oversee the month-end closing coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data,
• Review and validate accounting records from third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with standards,
• Lead interim and corporate tax processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions,
• Prepare monthly profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and internal business unit reports.
• Prepare statutory, management and global stakeholder reports with comprehensive commentaries,
• Lead end-to-end processes for annual / quarterly budgeting and financial projections, aligning with strategic goals,
• Conduct financial feasibility studies for new customers, products or channels to evaluate profitability and ROI,
• Oversee calculations for employee accruals, incentives, and bonuses,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track daily plans and operations,
• Conduct financial accuracy and ongoing development of PowerBI reports,
• Act as a trusted business partner to internal teams, providing guidance and solutions,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party CPAs and tax consultants,
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members.
