As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Customer Supply Chain Manager" with below requirements for our client operating in Food & Beverage sector.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration,
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience,
- Good leadership skills and able to work in cross functional organisation,
- Advanced level of English and Turkish (both speaking & writing).
Requirements
- Guiding and managing data driven and customer centric demand management,
- Long-mid-short term supply planning, raw material planning, deployment planning, order operations and customer service activities,
- Creating partnerships and alliances with key customers to improve supply chain capabilities and create,
- Ensuring S&OP process discipline in country; collaborating with other functions of Supply Chain and Cross Functional Leadership to ensure execution of long-term, annual and monthly business plans,
- Managing execution of timely demand plan creation,
- Procurement planning for critical raw materials, investment planning and capacity utilization,
- Managing distributor inventory by daily replenishment cycle,
- Establishing self-service analytic tools in country in order to analyze daily-weekly-monthly performance of business in terms of quality growth.
