As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Customer Care Manager" with below requirements for our client operating in Professional Cleaning Products sector in Istanbul.
Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programs,
- Possesses advanced English proficiency and is able to use it actively,
- At least 10 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar position,
- Strong leadership and communication skills,
- Knowledgeable about customer service software and tools,
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
Requirements
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the customer service team,
- Develop procedures to quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints,
- Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and feedback to identify areas for improvement,
- Create innovative solutions and efficiency-focused projects for customer service processes,
- Prepare and implement training and development plans for team members,
- Monitor, report, and regularly present performance metrics to senior management,
- Develop and ensure consistency in implementing service procedures and policies,
- Represent the company's customer service vision and boost team motivation accordingly,
- Ensure the efficient use of customer service software and tools.
