Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in preferably Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of marketing work experience in FMCG sector
- Able to use Nielsen and preferably Ipsos HTP (Eeezy) modules
- Is a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties, agencies and sales teams
- Needs to have good interpersonal & influencing skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- The ambitious position holder should be self-initiative and needs to have passion
- Dynamic Professional with strong communication skills
- A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets
- Hard-working professional, being able to work under pressure, with high frustration tolerance
- The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must
Job Description
- Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility in defined consumer segments,
- Follows the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepares analysis based on research data. Develops recommendations and action plans accordingly (Nielsen, HTP, BHT, etc…),
- Follows the annual marketing budgets,
- Manages digital marketing (social media and digital campaigns) for their launch acitivities,
- Coordinating all launch / re-launch activities,
- Working on product, packaging, communication, PR, activity, pop, promotion, etc. operations with relevant units and agencies,
- Preparation of periodic presentations (report, analysis and all other content)
- Coordinates events, sampling activities, promotions and other ATL, BTL, PR projects with agencies,
- Development of efficient relations with agencies and related 3rd parties to deliver results,
