As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Process Development Specialist" with below requirements for our client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Process Development Specialist role.
• Proven experience in project management and proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Smartbox, Taskbox, Signavio, and Miro.
• No travel restrictions.
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Completion of military service (required for male candidates).
• Residency on the European side of Istanbul.

Requirements:

• Analyze existing processes to align with the company's vision, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Organize and lead meetings with both local and global stakeholders to design business processes, assign tasks, and ensure follow-up on actions.
• Create and manage process documentation and flows according to BPMN 2.0 notation, ensuring both local and global processes receive the necessary approvals.
• Oversee the operational and digital integration (ERP systems) of newly designed or revised processes using effective project management techniques.
• Define and implement KPIs to track both process and individual performance in ongoing projects.
• Measure and report on process performance using advanced data analysis and modeling techniques.
• Conduct periodic training sessions for departments, provide performance feedback, and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve processes.
