As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Human Resources Specialist" with below requirements for our client.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Specialist position.
- Proficiency in coordination, project management, HR data reporting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge in HR, Development, and Employee Relations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google software.
- Ability to use HR SAP or SuccessFactors programs, including skills in data querying, cleaning, and visualization from HR-related data systems.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Military service must be completed (for male candidates).
Job Description
- Be responsible for managing and executing improvement projects in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Support and follow up on the recruitment process by collaborating on local recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate orientation plans for new hires and ensure each individual's process is completed with the correct quality, content, and follow-up.
- Coordinate the creation and updating process of job descriptions within the company in collaboration with the department manager.
- Organize the necessary training based on the annual training plan. Track and report on the training sessions.
- Manage and implement all corporate projects of the company in coordination with the HR Manager and also the Region.
- Lead the development of Cultural Excellence within the company, facilitate workshops, and take additional measures.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and the Finance Department to address all labor and legal matters under HR coordination.
- Be involved in all labor and legal matters under HR coordination.
- Collaborate on daily HR data processing and reporting-related administrative tasks through cross-functional work.
- Use data to identify trends, legal matters, potential risk areas, and organizational development opportunities.
- Perform other responsibilities related to the position.
- Handle the payroll process and employee benefits (meal allowance, transportation etc.)
