As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "Aegean Branch Manager" with below requirements for our client.
Qualifications
- Having a bachelor's degree, preferably having a master's degree in management / sales / marketing,
- Having at least 5 years of experience in Managerial Sales Positions,
- Having preferably 10 years of experience in dealer management,
- Having a good level of English language knowledge, both verbal and written,
- Having effective communication, presentation techniques, field analysis and analytical thinking skills,
- No obstacle to travel.
Job Description
- To prepare and carry out regionally specific studies on marketing, sales and after-sales services of the branch he/she is responsible for, to create the P&L (Profit-Loss Table) plan of the branch he/she is responsible for,
- Organizing new product launches in the region, training and promotion events for potential target audiences,
- To plan and target branch income/expense items in detail (personnel, vehicles, building expenses, marketing, etc. all expense items),
- Reporting the actual branch performance to the relevant Directors,
- To follow up all planning, targeting, strategic development vision and goals within the scope of general responsibility of the After Sales Services Director,
- To ensure that periodic meetings, machine introductions and demos are held with corporate customers in the region under his/her responsibility, that appropriate cleaning solutions are created by evaluating customer demands, that sales to corporate customers are increased, to follow up on collections from sales locations, to manage and develop relations with these customers,
- To ensure customer satisfaction and maximize the turnover achieved for After Sales Services Department,
- Managing dealer risks,
- To ensure the expansion of dealer sales points,
- To direct and manage dealers by organizing sales actions according to market needs,
- To produce projects to increase business volume in line with customer needs and demands,
- Informing customers about new products and services,
- Conducting the first interview with the requesters who directly contact the company and following up,
- To ensure coordination with the manager to whom he/she is affiliated regarding customers who can be defined as special customers in terms of their potential and continuity,
- Observing target audiences, expectations, competitors and market movements within the region and reporting them to the related Director,
- To conduct meetings and correspondence with authorized contacts in the company's headquarters in Germany when necessary regarding matters related to his/her duty,
- To ensure that reports and studies requested by the manager regarding other sales-related issues are submitted regularly and on time,
- Participating in national and international trainings related to the field of work,
- To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets on a customer and regional basis,
- Coaching the sales team to be more productive for the company.
