As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Senior IT Business Solutions Specialist" with below requirements for our client operating in Electronics Manufacturing sector in Istanbul.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with a strong understanding of business processes and master data in one or more SAP modules (SAP SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, FI, CO), covering areas such as service operation, service delivery, or complete project lifecycle.
- SAP Certification is a plus.
- Experience in SAP Support and Application Management projects.
- Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills, including functional decomposition, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
- Experience with S/4HANA (greenfield) implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and non-SAP systems integrations.
- Proficiency in English
Requirements
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules, including SAP SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, FI and CO.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions: identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Lead and manage S/4HANA (greenfield) implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle and outsourcing activities for production software solutions.
- Work in alignment with client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
