As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Sales Manager" with below requirements for our leading client operating in electrical equipment manufacturing industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Transform the business and empower, coach, care & build great teams.
  • Manage a well-equipped, competent and high-performance team to fulfill the regional priorities.
  • Be role model of company's values and behaviors of disruption, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • Manage key partners & accounts, building strong and lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement channel management strategies to expand our distribution network and reach new markets.
  • Negotiate and close deals, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market and its competitive landscape.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, technology providers, and other relevant entities to enhance our product & solution portfolio and market presence.
  • Increase our customer portfolio and making customer visits with the team in the region.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategy in close collaboration with the marketing team and support our other teams and Business Units.

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree on Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferable 7 years of experience in Sales
  • Strong background in customer management
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong Management skills,
  • Ability to influence others
