Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury real estate projects or construction sector,
- Excellent English skills in written and spoken
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level,
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close,
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services,
- Proven ability to position products against competitors,
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions,
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
- Living or able to live in İstanbul, Türkiye
Job Description:
- The role of a "Sales Manager" is to manage all efforts by the company's entire sales team, strategically planning and launching new products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction
- They also continually find ways to motivate team members to boost morale and retention
- Creating and communicating sales goals and ways to achieve those goals. In addition, they prepare sales reports, build mutually beneficial relationships, and oversee new employee training and continued training for current employees
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new projects and competition status
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all potancial customers requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
