As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "R&D Manager" with below requirements for our client in HVAC sector.
Job Description:
- Implement the corporate strategy by reaching the defined project targets agreed with the project sponsor across all organizational units and locations.
- Agree on responsibilities and competencies with the project sponsors before signing the project charter.
- Active stakeholder management across all decision boards and committees.
- Ensure and document the efficient decision making.
- Apply efficiently the processes, methods and tools according the PMO guidelines and company standards.
- Setup and implement project plan and project charter.
- Devise a work breakdown structure incl. Target orientated planning, priorsation and completion of work packages and activities.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in mechanical engineering,
- Professional experience <5 years, at least 2 years' experience in project management,
- Relevant experience in leading project teams,
- Relevant project management training,
- Skilled in presentation and moderation,
- Relevant experience in product and/or technology development,
- Knowledge of HVAC industry, markets, technologies,
- Trained in using project management software,
- Fluent in English.
