- 10+ years of hands-on experience in HR
- Fluent in English
- Proven generalist experience in human resources functions; recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, organizational development and employee relations, compensation and benefits
- Proven experience in producing HR applications/systems in line with company strategies
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, organizational development and employee relations
- Lead and mentor the HR team by fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address organizational needs and challenges
