Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
• Min. 12-13 years’ experience in brand management of a retail company 
• Fluent in English
• Strong understanding of digital environment.
• Strong strategic thinker, with developed organisational skills.

Job Description

• Governs media disclosure policy and advice the countries on media approach. 
• Develops and executes internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Coordinates country Communication teams for the deployment of wide communications initiatives
• Develops effective Media Relations call plan and engagement initiatives. Oversees annual external communications calendar.
• Develops social media strategy, builds capability for social media across  country teams.
• Onboards and manages communication & media agencies.
• Manages external reputation as an Employer of Choice
• Builds leaders' capability as company spokespersons. Trains and educates ambassadors to protect reputation.
