As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Business Controller" with below requirements for our client operating in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Responsible for all planning activities,
• Supervising LTR-business, supporting Sales in LTR-activities,
• Checks and approves setup of any reporting activity within our company,
• Compares planned and actual figures and challenges the responsible leaders in case of deviations,
• Supports in finding and implementing corrective measures and supervises their effectiveness,
• Supports in working out / updating strategies by calculating impact on financial figures (P&L, Balance sheet, ROI, CashFlow),
• Working closely with business units for their needs as a business partner,
• Leads a team: Financial Controlling Manager, Financial Controller, Sales Financing Expert.
