Job Description

• Conducting Air Freight operations and lead team,

• Carrying out loading & booking planning,

• Carrying out customer and agency relations,

• Managing operational reporting processes.

• To keep business data accurate, create and maintain reports & dashboard accordingly.

• To communicate with overseas offices/agencies/vendors/customers and coordinate shipping organization.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (International Logistics, Foreign Trade, etc.).

• Able to communicate effectively in English.

• Knowledge about Airline Import Operations,

• Proficient in Ms Office programs,

• Adopted a customer-oriented working approach,

• Prone to teamwork and cooperation,
