As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Accounting Supervisor" with below requirements for our client operating in PVC sector, which is located in Izmir.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics etc.)
- Preferably with at least 7 years of experience in a similar positions,
- Certified Public Accountant certification (SMMM) is preferred,
- Experience in SAP (MM/SD/FI/CO) modules,
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
- Preferably with good command of English,
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to add value on existing processes,
- Pay attention to details and have strong operational aspects,
- Strong communication and leadership skills,
- Living or willing to live in İzmir
Job Description:
- Responsible for Accounting of the company,
- Leading the team responsible for accounting, management of the team reporting to team,
- Manage monthly and annual closing activities and ensure timely and accurate submission,
- Ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards and norms with company procedures,
- Focus on control and process improvements,
- Support other functions on daily activities by providing guidance on accounting standards,
- Preparation of balance sheets, profit-loss and financial statements, reporting to senior management,
- Preparation and follow-up of VAT, Withholding Tax, SSI, Provisional and Corporate Tax declarations and declarations
- Provide timely reports and ad-hoc analysis on the area of responsibility,
- Coordinating relations with internal and external auditors, managing processes
