Gamze has 18 years of extensive experience in both the staffing market and corporate HR recruitment, gained within multinational companies from various sectors. She commenced her career in Executive Recruitment and worked for six years as an Executive Search Senior Associate. She also gained corporate experience at a Global Pharmaceutical Company as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Global Staffing Manager, after which, she gained experience at a top-tier Management Consultancy Company as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Turkey and the Middle East. In addition, she worked at a Recruitment Consultancy firm as a Recruitment Consultant, and at a leading Automotive Company as a Recruitment Unit Manager for four years. As of 2022, she is a member of Reed Turkey, being responsible for the overall İzmir business as a Projects Manager, utilizing her extensive recruitment experience.
Gamze has specialized experience predominantly in executive search, talent mapping, and managerial level head-hunt projects, but also in white-collar and blue-collar volume recruitment processes. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Guidance and Counseling from Boğaziçi University.
